By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Dela Roofing & Cladding provides metal roofing, wall cladding, guttering, downpipes, maintenance, repairs, and inspection reports for residential and architectural projects in Melbourne and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if unsafe conditions or non-compliant building work is discovered.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are based on information available at the time of quoting.

  • Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions arise (e.g. hidden damage, asbestos, access issues).

  • All pricing is exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required before work commences.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur a late fee or interest as permitted by law.

  • Materials remain the property of Dela Roofing & Cladding until full payment is received.

4. Access and Site Requirements

Clients must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the work area. This includes:

  • Clear access to the roof

  • Removal of vehicles, furniture, or personal items that may interfere with work

  • Informing tenants or neighbours if necessary

Dela Roofing and Cladding is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate access or pre-existing building faults.

5. Warranty

We offer a workmanship warranty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Product warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms.

Warranty may be voided if:

  • The product is altered or damaged by a third party

  • Maintenance is not carried out

  • Improper use or structural issues affect performance

6. Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has begun.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in every project, we are not liable for:

  • Delays due to weather, supplier shortages, or external factors

  • Damage caused by third parties or unrelated trades

  • Indirect or consequential loss related to roofing or cladding services

Our liability is limited to the scope of the services provided.

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Dela Roofing & Cladding and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
